For these squares below, we used 4 contrasting
fabrics for the four "stitch and flip corners", together with a
decor fabric print for the center "on point" square part |
For those of you who wish to "Quilt as you Go"
leave out the outside satin edge
and use traditional methods to join your squares |
|
There is enough "wiggle room" with these squares, for
you to add sashing strips, without compromising the points of the center
"on point" square. ( slightly more than a 1/4 inch from the point
to the outside edge, straight line stitching square )
